The $410 million bid for the 61,597 sqft, 99 year leasehold land site worked out to be $2,377 psf per plot ration. Based on the land price, the breakeven for Petit Cuscaden is estimated to be around $3,100 psf, with selling price in the range of $3,500 to $3700.
