First, let’s talk about some of the most expensive condos/apartments that are transacted and sold in Singapore:
Sculptura at Ardmore
Sculptura Ardmore is developed by renowned luxury property developer SC Global. Located at the highly prestigious Ardmore Park, this high-end ultra luxurious condo has the unique and breathtaking architectural design, as well as top class quality and finishes for its units.
A super penthouse at Sculptura Ardmore with 10,300 sqft of massive size is sold at more than S$60 millions, which translate to almost $6,000 PSF. The buyer is believed to be co-founder of Facebook, Eduardo Saverin.
Le Nouvel Ardmore
Second most expensive condominium sold in Singapore is a super penthouse at Le Nouvel Ardmore. The size of the super luxury penthouse is 13,573 sqft, sold at S$51 millions to co-founder of Alibaba Mr. Sun TongYu.
Le Nouvel is an ultra luxury condominium located in the same location as Sculptura Ardmore, both in the prestigious Ardmore Park location. Le Nouvel is designed by Jean Nouvel, globally renowned architect and winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize 2008 and Wolf Prize in Arts 2005.
TwentyOne Angullia Park is located just diagonally from Orchard MRT and ION Orchard, it’s right at the heart of Orchard.
Designed by Singapore renowned architect SCDA, it has a beautiful and modern looking facade. Consisting of 2 to 4 bedroom, all unit are of top class luxurious quality and finishes.
A 7,718 sqft luxurious penthouse is reported sold at S$42.9 millions back in 2013. Translating into PSF of $5,558, which was a record back then.
New Futura is one of our flagship developments, a ultra luxury freehold property located at Leonie Hill Road, near to Orchard Road. New Futura is one of the best selling luxury condos in 2018, due to its superb location and renown reputation of its developer.

The Marq on Paterson Hills is another high-end development by SC Global. Designed by designer of French luxury brand Hermes, this super luxurious and opulence condominium is one of the most talk-about and famous in the luxury segment.
The most expensive condo transacted in The Marq is a 6,157 sqft unit which sold at S$31.4 millions back in 2017. Average PSF in this high-end luxury condo is in the range of $4,000-$5,000.
Gramercy Park
Gramercy Park is another luxury condo developed by CDL, located at Grange Road. It’s fully sold as of 2018, Gramercy Park is one of the best selling and well-known luxury condominiums in Singapore.
The penthouse at 7,287 sqft had been sold at $24.5 millions.

The Most Expensive Condo That Have Not Been Transacted Yet:
Wallich Residences is the luxury condo component of Guoco Tower, an integrated development in the Central Business District of Singapore.
Guoco Tower is an integrated development that comprises of 5 Star business hotel, Grade A Office, retail and shopping mall, high end condominium (Wallich Residences), and linked together with Tanjong Pagar MRT station. It’s the tallest building in Singapore.
The super penthouse at Wallich Residences, which is the tallest residence in Singapore, is asking for S$108 millions! The super penthouse is a 3 level triplex, with a massive size of 21,108 sqft, and is located at 290 metres height.
If sold, it will definitely be the most expensive condominium in Singapore for many years to come.
